  • Orders placed without successful payment will not be processed or shipped.

2. Shipping Within Canada

We offer three shipping options for Canadian customers:

  • Available in select regions.

  • Orders must be placed and paid for before the daily cut-off time.

  • Delivered discreetly on the same day.

✓ Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on location.

✓ Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

International customers can choose from:

  • Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days, depending on the destination.

✓ Express International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Same-day delivery is not available outside of Canada.

4. Discreet Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to our products.

  • Tracking numbers are provided when available.

  • Some international destinations may have limited tracking updates.

6. Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Once a package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses, theft, or failed delivery attempts.

  • If an issue occurs, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We will assist when possible, but refunds for courier delays are not guaranteed.

7. Customs, Duties & Restrictions (International Buyers)

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs.
